The work took a little longer than quoted, however it wasn't too far past the quoted time. The service department did the work required. However, after they completed the warranty work that I required, they tried to sell me things that I didn't need - inclusive of an oil change, when there was a sticker on my windshield indicating that I just had an oil change a month prior (and only 1000 miles prior).
I don't mind taking my car there to get warranty work done, but I don't like the up-sells they try to get you to bite on while you're there.

.As far as the service goes we have no complaints about the service department. But when we initially leased the car they pretty much stuck it to us. The problem we faced with them was that after we leased the vehicle we realized that we could have rented the car for $199 instead of $438. We could not do anything about that as we had already signed a contract.

Initially the experience was great! When I started to have problems (warranty items), they tried to fix it. One issue persisted and the last time I took it in, they said they didn't want to and quot;throw partsand quot; at something they couldn't find. So I guess I have to wait until the vehicle breaks down completely. I also wasn't very happy when I would get my vehicle back from their shop and it would be covered and quot;insideand quot; with grease from the mechanics. This happened every time! The service department is easy to work with but I don't always get the service I expect.

I got my vehicle from them and it is under warranty. The last time I used them was to replace the radio. I would recommend to family and friends. I rate them highly. I will continue to use them in the future.
