It went very well. Have used Rick before,and will certainly use him again if and when a problem with any major appliance arises.

I was not able to be present for the service call but had a friend come to my house to let the service tech in. I spoke with them on the phone briefly after the diagnoses and they took care of me very well. it was a small part that went out and the tech had extras in his van so he just charged me cost instead for sale value. I have the utmost respect for a company that charges you a fair price for a small repair instead of making up BS to jack up the price. I will recommend friends and family to us RC Appliance!

The repairman was pleasant, and he within 10 minutes of checking various places he had found and removed the debris blocking the drain. Will use this company again. My one wish is that they could have come out a little sooner (called on Tuesday morning, Thursday morning was first available), but the wait wasn't too bad.

Had water on bottom shelf of freezer of our side by side refrigerator. Tech very professional and found problem immediately after having to wrestle refrig out of very tight area in order to get to back of unit.

Said fridge is located in very cramped quarters in the bar area.Rick,the service provider,had to go to a lot of trouble just to get to the problem area,but he stuck with it ,and now the unit,which was barely usable,is back in service.

Our refrigerator seemed to just stop getting cold so I called RC Appliance out to fix it. The technician called about 20 minutes before arriving and was certainly on time as promised. He looked at it and asked "Who turned the fridge off?" Apparently, in trying to stuff too many things into the bottom freezer, I inadvertently turned the knob to the "off" position. He explained how the fridge worked with the freezer on the bottom actually controlling all the cold air into both the freezer section and the refrigerator controller only damping the air from below. He was both patient and professional while here. I will surely use them again when needed.

I feel as if we've discovered a gem!!!!! We had called two other appliance repair providers, and were told that it would be a week before they could come. (Of course washers always break when you have a week's washing to do.) RC said they'd be there the next day! Sure enough. Brandon was there, and on time.
He also showed my husband how to take the front off the dryer so we could clean under it. No charge, and within that half hour!
In addition, he probably saved us hundreds of dollars! We had assumed that we'd have to replace our 10 year old machine, but Brandon told us that the one we have is one of the best made, and that we should keep it as long as possible!
In addition, he was charming , with a gentle sense of humor and genuine warmth.

We have an older home that needed a new stove, the current one was electric however I prefer gas. after pulling the old stove out RC told me that there was a gas line there, however it was outdated and needed to be updated. He made the changes and installed the new gas stove quickly. I couldn't be happier.

I then decided to replace the dishwasher and again I called RC. He came out and again the fitting were outdated, he promptly updated the fitting and installed the dishwasher. He spent a far amount of time making sure that the new fitting were working properly and that there were no leaks.

I was impressed how careful he was not to scratch the floor and the care he took making sure he left the area clean .

I would recommend this company to anyone.

The technician thoroughly checked all possibilities which could have caused the leak I was experiencing with my washing machine. He tested after listening to the symptoms I related to him. He determined that the leak was an overflow from the drain, and not a problem with the washing machine, and that in order to fix the problem, I would need a plumber.

RC Appliance repair has been to my home three times in the past year for various problems, with the most recent being last week. The first service call was replacing the rubber ring on our HE washer due to mold that could not be removed and they replaced it no problem. The young lady on the phone is very pleasant and they always return phone calls in a timely manner. The service tech, Brandon is polite and knows what he is doing. Brandon also fixed the center griddle burner on our stove which was not lighting. He basically took the top off the stove checked the gas line and cleaned all the connections, and it is working perfectly now. Our dishwasher was not cleaning our dishes, so Brandon took it apart and showed us the problem of a clogged filter. Who knew you need to clean these out every six months or so? Our HE washer was also leaking water when it was not on due to the hot water intake. They ordered the part and installed a new hot water AND cold water intake on the six year old washer, just for good measure.
My refrigerator water dispenser in the door was also leaking, which was fixed.
I now feel confident if I have any future appliance repairs to call them. They are clean, prompt, calling when they are on their way, courteous and most of all they fix the problem. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

I am very impressed with the service I received from RC Appliance, their professionalism and knowledge is outstanding.
One evening after hours I left a message, they called me back the following morning and came out that same day for a service call. Parts were ordered, received and installed in a timely manner and now my refrigerator is up and running perfectly.
Brett from RC Appliance was a pleasure to work with. He also noticed that the seal on the freezer door was not tightly sealed and air was circulating into the freezer, which ended up having drops of water fall onto my floor. He corrected the problem without any additional charge.

This company I would highly recommend. Brandon was punctual, neat and very knowledgable about LG.

I have Old Republic Warranty Services, and when I bought my home, I found that the dishwasher was leaking from underneath. I called old Republic, and they sent out Brandon from RC. Brandon showed up on time, and started running the dishwasher through it's cycles. He pulled the front off, and the bottom, and thought the problem was the seals. He said he would be back to replace them, and I made an appt. He again showed up on time, and replaced the seals, but the dishwasher still leaked. He could tell there were additional problems, so he came back again, and replaced more seals, and sealed up the dispenser cups which were leaking also. Again, the dishwasher was leaking, so he came back again, and said it would probably need replacement. I paid brandon $60.00 for the service call, and he was out at my house 4 times. Old Republic offered to settle with me, and I took the offer. It was apparent that the dishwasher had too many issues to cost effectively fix. However, Brandon never complained that he had to return each time, and when I asked him, he said there were no additional fees that his company could charge Old republic. He came back free of charge each time.
RC Appliance worked with me on scheduling (I only could be here on Saturdays), they were always responsive to phone calls, and they went above and beyond to try to fix the piece of garbage I bought in the home (I am sure the old homeowners were fully aware of issues before they sold me the house!). Brandon was great, and never gave up.
I would recommend this company because they did everything they could to make it right. I have called other companies inthe past for service, and they either didn't show for their appts, or were hours late, and seemed lost. RC Applicance is a family owned business with Dad, sister, and brothers working together. They get my future support for any repairs on appliances, and I will ask for them by name when I have to contact Old Republic.
