"Our estimator, Tom, met with [removed member name] & reviewed his plans dated 1982 and did an on site job walk on the partially built house. His house was started by another owner and now [removed member name] is attempting to finish the house. The 31 year old plans are vague and include a passive solar system that was designed by the original owner & are missing many details. [removed member name] did not inform Tom that he wanted the bid separated out for labor and materials and due to the fact that the plans are so vague the only way to logically bid this job is in a time and materials manner, with a not to exceed price. Therefore, that is how we did the bid. With only one set of plans it is impossible to get sub contractor bids in one week to put a bid together. Since we emailed the bid to [removed member name] he has not had the courtesy to contact us back and let us know where he would like us to return his insufficient plans!"
"Thank you for submitting Quinton Construction to Angie's List. We enjoyed working with you and your family and completing your bathrooms."
