Description of Work: I called and spoke with someone, explained what service I needed and was told that I would be called back by their service person who was currently out of the office. I never received a call back.

 + 0 moreWe are very happy. The owner is Lance Rasmussen. They did an excellent job. It was right on target. He worked very well with the other contractor that was involved. He was very patient with us and our choice of materials. He offered us different options, sizes and shapes to get exactly what we wanted. We didn't price anybody else with the same combination of materials.
Description of Work: We used Quality Stair to design and install a custom staircase. They designed the railings, the banisters and the balusters. It is two sets of stairs with a landing. It is seven steps and a landing and then stairs the other way.
