The original project was to re-roof the roof where the struts were sagging and other parts had wind damage and shingles missing. Once the project started and they tore into the roof they found that not only were the struts bowed and damaged, they were totally falling apart due to age and the fact that the mobile home was constructed during a time when it wasn't required to have vents installed in the roof so over the years the heat caused the struts to warp. It turned out to be a total new roof. The cost was much more than expected, but I am now a proud owner of a beautiful brand new roof. They did an excellent job in the time they allowed for what they expected to be a far less timely job. I would absolutely use Derek and his team again for my mobile home.

Good. Estimate was $408.00. The bill came through for $304.00 We have used them for other jobs including enclosing our car port to a garage. They do good work at a fair price. Their estimate for a roof repair was high and so we used someone else for that.

They did a good job but it took longer than expected. Derek did apologize though which it seemed what a professional would do. I have used this company before and I would recommend them.

Everything was done in an extremely timely manner. Their staff all the way up to the owner were extremely friendly and helpful. They are very honest and didn't try to pressure me to buy anything.

In December, I needed new dual pane windows to replace 37 y o single pane windows in a 1975 mfg home. Several estimates were obtained, including Quality Home Repair. Derek Sullivan, the owner, impressed because he took more accurate measurements than a compeitor, itemized all costs in plain English, and prices his work/materials competitively. Moreover, Derek took the time to explain details of the process and time frame involved. He answered every question and concern I had before ordering.
Upon arrival of the windows, Derek oversaw the installation by his very capable and competent work crew. Turns out Derek
hand picks his crew and trains them according to his high standards. Result: a job well done on a project tha wasn't easy to do.
This was not a window retrofit, but a complete new installation. Several issues arose during installation, including a sliding glass door that the distributor botched (MI Pro 5000 windows). Instead of sidestepping/ignoring the concern, Derek immediately contacted the other party and resolved the problem quickly. There was no additional cost to me.
I like things done correctly the first time and/or solve problems promptly. Mr. Sullivan elevates to an even higher level.
He is a member of the local Better Business Bureau and has an A rating. He also demonstates integrity, honesty, and
professionalism in each job his company undertakes and completes. Further, Quality Home Repair's specialty is manufactured homes. It should come as no surprise that QHR is thrviing and growing by leaps and bounds. I only wish they sold stock...lol
The experience noted above isn't the first time I have dealt with Quality Home Repair. They also did repair work on my
mfg home as part of a prepurchase home inspection report fulfillment job. Eleven items needed repair and all were completed
promptly with the same attention to detail, plus personalized service. Highly recommended.

the workers at the site were courteous and professional (3 brothers, one spoke English the other 2 spoke spanish), the owner was not. No one on site doing the work was identified as a foreman. After I questioned the company owner, after the work was complete, only then did he say that he had a foreman on site. He never offered to show the work permit. It wasn't until the work was complete and I asked to see a copy and asked about the inspection (because they were listed on the bill) did he produce a permit (he stated he buys them in bulk) and only at that time did he request for a roof inspection be completed.( I felt like this contractor would not have scheduled the inspection if I hadn't pushed for it, but would have gladly charged for it and taken the money) I expected at some point to meet the owner( he said he had back problems and was unable to meet me, my 1st contact with him was back in April, I find it hard to believe he was not at any job site for 4 months). I signed his required contract the first day the men brought it to the worksite, and gave it back to them immediately. The next day he called me and told me he would be telling his men to halt all work until he had his signed contract. I told him I signed the contract and had given back to his workers asap the day they gave it to me. He didn't apologize. Any time I requested information he took his time getting back to me, and many times I had to repeated at BUT if he tried to contact me or left a message that wasn't returned within 24 hours he became very rude. I felt that he chided me any treated me differently because I was a woman. His tone on the telephone was at times condescending and unprofessional. I told this contractor that I wanted to be present for the inspection, despite my telling him I was unavailable for the time he scheduled it (I was out of town) he went ahead and set it up with the inspector. My property gates were closed and locked and I have a no trespassing sign on the property, yet somehow the inspection was completed. He says the gate was not locked and he authorized his foreman (a different man I had never met) to enter my property. He has basically called me a liar.
The 3 men that did the work did a very good job, the owner, in my opinion was a jerk.
