Mortgage Companies
Cheryl Dresen was our loan officer at Prime Lending and she could not have been more helpful in holding our hand through the treacherous waters of securing a loan for our new home.
Professional and courteous throughout the entire process, she left no stone unturned getting us discounts and pre-qualifying us for local, state and federal programs to assist us with down payments, closing costs and other expenses. She was the acknowledged "go-between" working with us (the buyers), the sellers, 2 Real Estate agents, Title, Escrow, inspectors... She was doing just about everything INCLUDING securing our loan !!! She made sure that EVERYTHING was in order (including coming to me, across town, when she needed something signed quickly so things went smoothly under a VERY tight closing deadline).
The Lady is AMAZING!!! This is the 4th home buying experience I have been through and, thanks to Cheryl, the absolute smoothest, least stressful. I can not recommend her highly enough.
