After contacting my insurance company Premiere Restoration and Remodeling called me and were out at the time they stated.  Their crew were punctual and immediately went to work to secure the roof leak and also began the process of remediation to the water damage inside my house.  Unfortunately, it was on a Friday afternoon during a moderate/severe storm system.  They worked well into the wee hours of the morning to get the job done.  They were professional and worked until the job was done.  Each day they would call ahead and let me know they were coming and arrived on time and continuously monitored the humidity levels to determine when the restoration could began.  The process took some time but they were committed to the job and saw it through.  They contracted the highest quality craftsmen and after the process was complete my home looked better than it ever has.  They were prompt, reliable and the communication was excellent.
