We used a home purchase rebate program from a wholesale store that told us to call Chris from a real estate company. We thought the wholesale store's mortgage program company had high APR rates, so we did not use the Mortgage company suggested by the wholesale store. Chris introduced us to Vickie St. John of Pinnacle Mortgage. Pinnacle Mortgage expedited the completion of the paperwork and we were able to "lock-in" an unbelievably low APR on our newly purchased house. The APR rates were fluctuating up and down daily, so having the paper work completed, helped us to "Lock in" a terrific 15 year Mortgage rate. We wanted to give Vickie a thank you gift, but she said "just send me some more customers." We also got a great rebate for buying our house through the wholesale store's real estate program company. "Ka...Ching" JACKPOT!
