Brought my rabbit in due to a baby in a pouch outside of the body. I asked for a removal of the baby because the rabbit can not get around to eat and drink. They came out to my car and told me it was a "tumor" that didn't need removed and they couldn't give me an appointment for removal. The brought out paperwork for costs that had nothing to do with the "tumor." The costs were over 900 dollars for things I didn't even bring my rabbit in for. I was involved in the massive fire and had to move my rabbits in a quick matter which caused minor sores on the feet. Because the rabbit had sores on the feet this vet called animal control on me. They showed up to my house this morning and took pictures of my rabbitry. Again I received no treatment for my rabbit and paid out a lot of money. Sat in my car for 3 hours, was not allowed to leave to use the restroom or they were going to charge me "another visit" amount. I understand covid and that we can't use their facilities but not allowing us to leave to use the restroom at the gas station without being charged a secondary fee is inexcusable. I would not recommend this place to bring your fur babies to. They treat both the owners and pets with disrespect.

I moved to Reno recently and needed to get my dog updated with shots and heart worm/flee and tick prevention, also lime prevention because I hike and camp often with him. I chose this vet for convenience because there was a cancellation and I needed to have him looked at ASAP. I arrived early to fill out new client paperwork which included the *** of my dog (male). Due to the coronavirus visitors must wait in their cars in the parking lot. After allegedly being “seen”, the veterinarian called me to give a report but referred to him as a female. (Unsettling to me and leaves me wondering if he was ever even seen by a licensed vet). I also had him chipped but when I went to register it, I was informed that his chip ID number was connected to another dog in a different state. Furthermore, the lime prevention is a two step process where one shot was given today and the other to be given in 3-4 weeks. It was scheduled for 2-1/2 weeks out. I have lost faith entirely in this company and I am now going to pay another new client fee and take my dog somewhere else. Pinion had no sympathy or real explanation for all of this and left me upset and confused about the whole situation. I would be careful when choosing a veterinarian to see your animals and avoid this place.

The visit went very well. The dogs were cared for with love and concern. The vet examined each dog prior to them receiving their shots, and we were provided with feedback regarding their current health. Everything went very smoothly. Everyone communicated very well about what was happening, why and when. Neither of the dogs cried at all. It was a great experience.

We came in on a busy morning and had to wait longer than the usual 15 minutes. However, the staff apologized and everyone took great pains on checking over our poodle. The staff and Dr Davenport are very friendly and seem to be dedicateaed to their animal patients. We were very pleased with everyone and will return.
