A garage door spring broke over the weekend. I called Overhead Door on Monday morning and an appointment was set for the following morning. The service man showed up on time and completed the work in a little over an hour. Since the springs on my doors were of the same age, I had them replace both springs, although one was still working. He inspected both door openers and the systems and advised me all was in order and did not attempt to sell me unneeded parts or service. The charge was exactly as quoted on the phone. I will not hesitate to contact Overhead Door for my future garage door needs.

(request was late in the day) The service person was on time took little time in evaluating the problem. He had all the items needed with him and I was repaired within an hour.

I told him yes to both and he said that he could have a man there in 20-25 minutes and to call my appointment and advise them I would be late or reschedule. One hour later I had a new spring, all of the hardware had been tightened, the door assembly had been lubed and the bill was slightly more than the cost of the spring. Very satisfied with their work

The price was good, much lower than Home Depot for a nicer looking door. Very prompt, responsive, professional job. Fast service, custom doors in just 2 weeks. My only negative comment was that the installer didn't sweep up the mess after, but everything else great!
