The same technician comes out every time and I like him. He inspects thoroughly and is very informative.

They were unreliable and I never knew when they were going to show up. Most months I had to call them to reschedule an appointment that they had scheduled because no one came to the house. They were rude, unreliable and after the first two treatments their work seemed ineffective.
