This service only provides the movers. The truck rental is up to the homeowner, but if you go with Penske they offer a 20% discount. I picked up the truck and had it ready when Carlos and Carlos arrived promptly at the scheduled time. After a quick review of the 1100 sq.foot home they started loading very quickly. But, for fragile items they would slow down and ensure the item was wrapped in blankets or set the box down carefully.
My arrangement was for two workers to finish in three hours. The company charges in 15 minutes increments after that so make sure you have a realistic time frame and number of workers for the amount of belongings that you need moved. Also, I got a bit of a price break because I did the move on a Wednesday rather than the weekend. I have a lot of loose stuff (lawn implements, misc. wood products, etc.) so I did run several loads to my new home as I didn't want to slow the process down. Also, I packed like I was going cross-country, so most items that could be boxed were. Labeling helped the Carlos' know where to deposit the boxes in the new place. This allowed ample use of the hand truck and packing the truck was pretty straight forward. It's a half hour drive from the old place to the new place so some time was lost there. The Carlos' finished in two hours and fifty-five minutes. Both Carlos' were great to work with. The had very positive attitudes and communicated well so there were no misunderstandings. All told with the truck rental, movers and tip it came to about $500.

They showed up exactly on time. I had three guys who only took one 15-minute break and worked like a machine the rest of the time. They really knew what they were doing and packed the truck like playing a game of Tetris. They were very professional and respectful of both my wife and I and of our stuff. Lots of TLC in handling the fragile stuff. I wish they were here in Sioux Falls, because I can't seem to find qualified folks to help us unload. I give them my highest recommendation and praise, especially and quot;Junior.and quot; He was great. As a note, they really like a little home-baked cake or cookies. Thanks guys.

Two very nice young men showed up right on time, knew what they were doing, and were very hardworking, knowledgeable, and polite. Definitely felt what we paid them was fair for the service we received.
