 + -1 moreHe was late in contacting me back, over a week. He was busy and said he would refer me to another guy he works with and another company. No one ever contacted me back at all. He was pleasant on the phone but seemed uninterested in a smaler job. But I told him I needed some later work done also that was bigger like glass block install. No estimate and did not do any work for me.
Description of Work: Called for estimate on tile. He contacted me a week later, we talked, and he said ihe was too busy for the job and that he would refer me to another local company. I waited many weeks and no one ever contacted me back. He was too busy for my job.

 + -1 moreWe had our floor tile replaced within four days. Bruce kept the area clean during the remodel. He offered us advise on our color selections. He was on time every morning, very professional.
Description of Work: We had our kitchen floor retiled. Bruce Burke was recommended to me after I had already gotten two bids. Bruce beat the other bids and was more vested in our project. The finished results exceeded our expectations.
