MORIN CHIMNEY SWEEP LLC

We used Morin to repair our firebox and chimney prior to selling out house. They came out and did the required repairs however during the new owner's inspection of the house they found cracks in the firebox mortar in some cases exactly the same cracks where they were repaired by Morin. My realtor tried to contact them to ask that they go and repair their repair to make it right for the new owners but we have yet to hear from anyone from Morin. We had this repaired prior to putting the house up for sale so it wouldn't be an issue on the inspection but it turns out it is.

Arrived on time and did a thorough job. Protected surrounding area and cleaned up after job was done.

No issues with the inspection. No follow up to schedule "needed" (according to them) repairs. Very unhappy with overall experience.

I think he gets pretty good reviews but he did something that really irritated us. We're not going to use him anymore. I needed some other handyman work done surrounding the house and he said he had a handyman service and he also did that. He gave us his phone number and his card and after inspecting some of the things he said, yeah, we need to do that. I said, well, let's do that but he never responded to my phone calls or my emails to get the work done.
His chimney sweep side of things is really good. But I'd give him an 'F' for his handyman work.

Sam Morin was on time and did the necessary procedure to protect my floor and other areas.  I will be using him again.  I was very satisfied.

Service was prompt and professional and at a reasonable price.

Robert was a most professional young man who removed a row of bricks and rebuilt the crown. He inspected the fireplace and fixed some issues as well. He also returned a week later to inspect the work. I felt very confident in his work and appreciated his demeanor.

I was very impressed with the customer service and professionalism of this company. Robert arrived 10 min early for our appointment. He did an excellent job of cleaning my chimney and protecting my carpet and furniture. He also noticed some areas that needed minor repair and provided me with some recommendations regarding those areas. I would highly recommend this company and I would certainly utilize their services in the future.

The chimney sweep went great. They were just nice job and they did the job. It was fantastic.
