Additional services available., cleaned at offsite warehouse, or the option to have rugs removed from site, tile and vinyl flooring as well as upholstery & rug cleaning. I was very, very pleased with their service.  My husband and I are Navy Veterans and have lived all over this country.  I never really have any luck with carpet cleaners.  I meet Sarah, a MDV employee, at the Reno Home and Garden show and expressed my thoughts on carpet cleaners.  Well I needed to have mine cleaned so I thought I would give MDV a call.  First when Grant showed up, he was on time and in a uniform, very professional.  So he started right away, and in the middle he spoke to me about the process of carpet cleaning which is really a science.  I have a really stubborn stain which he worked on and told me if it comes back they will work on it again at no charge.  True to his word, I called them and they were very pleasant no questions asked.  I was really, really pleased with the experience.  They are like old school, customer comes first.  I would highly recommend them for any of their services!!
