Master Service Plumbing did not meet our expectations. They did not complete the contracted work, yet billed for it. I would not recommend them.

They Cannot and Won't Answer SIMPLE Questions about our Invoice. I cannot stress enough the importance of avoiding Master Service Plumbing. They have a history of billing customers for services they didn't perform, and even worse, they do it months after the alleged service call. Ours is not an isolated incident, as you can verify on the Better Business Bureau and other review sites. Their inability to follow the simplest of instructions has caused numerous issues. For example, they promised to call before arriving at our family home, but they never did, nor did they show up to our knowledge. Yet, they still billed us (four months later!) for supposed services and even included charges for parts, despite it being supposed to be a diagnostic trip only. Multiple follow-ups - but they NEVER returned an email, just keep sending emails saying they are sending us to collections. UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL The most ridiculous thing is that we called another plumber to come out to do the same thing we wanted Master Plumbing to look at, they called before the service call to let us know they were coming, and fixed the issue! (SUPER IMPORTANT POINT, WE STRESSED MULTIPLE TIMES TO Master Plumbing, and they STRAIGHT UP IGNORED OUR REQUEST - So important when you have a woman that's alone in the house with random men coming to look at the house, AS WELL AS needing to actually explain vital issues the issue to the tech) Despite our attempts to contact them through five emails and two phone calls, they have not responded. Instead, they continue to send threatening emails for collections, even though they have not communicated with us since the initial booking call. Please, choose a different plumber for your needs.

Plumber arrived same day I requested service. He was courteous and promptly repaired the problem. I would recommend this company.

Master Service Plumbing came within two days of being called; dug down and repaired our sprinkler head; very professional and good price. Lawn service was not able to to this work, needed a plumber.
