Maria is one of the best people to work with that I have known. She leaves the area detailed and spotless. The only thing that I would
recommend is that when you ask her the price that you owe, she should have an answer. The first time I used her I asked what she charged by the hour and she said that she does not charge by the hour, but did not come up with a price. I started with $10.00 an hour and was willing to pay higher if that's what she wanted, but really got no response. This should be clarified it would seems to me before a person is hired. I want her to work for me again, but I would like to have a price quoted for the job.

I had hardwood floors installed last year. Existing floor had to be sanded down (so I could change colors) . This resulted in dust from floor to ceiling, Maria cleaned it all from top to bottom and I have very high ceilings. She did and does an amazing job

I loved Maria's work. I was suprised that no one seems to work by the hour anymore. I was also surprised that she broughtsomeone else with her to work and we negotiagated the price. I just expected one person and by the hour.

Maria is an individual that performs this work. I have been using her for 10 years. I have a love/hate relationship with her. I wouldn't know what to do if I lost her.
