Description of Work: Lois Kidder really helped me out of a very bad situation with my former property management company. She has taken excellent care of my properties and is on top of any problems. She is also easily reachable for any issues and that really gives me peace of mind as I live in LA. I would recomend her and the company to anyone with any type of property!

 + -1 moreJosh is our propery manager at Chase. He coordinated work to be done at our property we purchased in Dayton Nevada. He assessed the property condition and recommended work needed to rent the property. He corridinated woth contractors to get the work done and found a renter within two weeks of our taking possession of the property. He collects the rent, coordinates any work needed, provides monthly statement and deposits monies into our account. He's handled any issues that have come up with professionalism and honesty.
Description of Work: Manage our rental property in Dayton Nevada.
