Fine.

While I was parked in a gated community off of South Meadows, somebody attempted to break into my car using one of those burglary tools, which slides down inside the door panel and and ldquo;popsand rdquo; the door lock.The person did not get access. However, they must have tried really hard as they damaged the locking mechanism to where the door would not open.The next morning upon finding the problem, I took the car immediately to Lexus of Reno. Lexus addressed the problem on the same day. They got my insurance agent to inspect the car the next day. They ordered parts and had my car fixed on the third day. In the interim, they gave me a loaner Lexus.The longest delay was due to my insurance inspection, which certainly does not reflect on Lexus.As one might expect, the Lexus parts were slightly higher than one might like. However, I could not have gotten better service, and it was well worth the price in order to get back on the road so quickly.While there, I even found some auto parts for my 1976 Classic Porsche 912E, which is surprising to me too.My service advisor was Kurt Teachenor. He was extremely professional and treated me like I was the owner of the dealership.

They did a great job checking out the car, and changing the oil. The issue with the odor was resolved and as always the car was washed prior to delivery. And, Lexus has had a price reduction on oil changes which makes me very happy.

Great service of my Lexus, nice job on detailing, and always fantastic to have a loaner car. The service providers are professional, courteous, and will explain everything. The prices are crazy.... but that what happens with a car like a Lexus.... not really economical, but a fantastic car.

They are thorough and they did their job. We chose them for detailing because we take our car in there for service. They are probably a little expensive but on the other hand they are good and it is convenient. We get our car detailed when we are servicing our car. We then get another car to drive while they are having our car.

We had some problems with them as fas as the title. I went round and round with them. They lied. I was not happy at all. They told us that in Nevada it could take 120 days to transfer the title. We waited and waited. We called financing and they told us they could not get through to the dealership. the dealership sent faulty paper work. The DMV said it was the dealership, the dealership said it was the DMV. It turned out the dealership sent in the wrong paper work. We still have to deal with them because there is no other Lexus dealership within 200 miles from here. I think thats why they are not that great. if they had a little competition they would probably be better.
