However, their scheduling is problematic. I first called on October 20, asking for service on my hot tub, and they said they could do it that week (before Oct 25, 2014). No one came. I waited another week. No one came. The following Wednesday afternoon (11/5/2014), I called and spoke to someone else, and she said she would send someone over. They finally came on 11/10/2014.
Their work, once on-site, is good. They performed the services requested. I just wish it was easier to get any pool guy over to the house to work on my spa. I realize that it's not exactly rocket science, but for $200 for 2-3 hours of work (with 90 minutes of filling the spa and watching the grass grow), it's not really that hard. I just wish they could do a little better.
I'd begrudgingly recommend them however. They actually show up, eventually, whereas other vendors say they will and then never do.
