She was super. They gave him a pain patch did not last as long as I thought so I had to take him to the ER vet and had to get a shot. I was disappointed that didn't last longer. The two did communicate and the vet called and wanted all the details from the ER visit.

Our 10 month old puppy was limping and we were concerned that perhaps an illness he had while very long was reoccurring. We took him in to Kings Row Pet Hospital and he saw his usual vet. Honestly, the usual vet, Dr. D is very knowledgable and was instrumental in saving our dog's life when he was quite young, so of course we were going to continue to go to Kings Row. However, it turns out that during this last visit, the vet ran x-rays and then called a friend of his for consultation about the x-ray results. We were notified of the desire of the vet to do x-rays, but at no point was a price mentioned. When we went to pick our pup up, we were shocked to discover that the bill was $550. We were charged for the x-rays, call to said vet friend, six puppy ibuprofen tablets (cut in half), and told it was all "growing pains." When the time came to neuter our pup, we called Kings Row one last time and were quoted a price in the $275 range. Upon a suggestion from a friend, we called Klaich Animal Hospital and were quoted under $100. Needless to say, we switched vets.

Dr. Ditsworth was the Dr. that took care of my dog for many years. He is a very caring person and took excellent care of my baby girl. His staff was also very good with her. When I get another dog I will be taking it to Kings Row pet Hospital.

Kings Row Pet Hospital is close to my home and that is the first plus. I have been taking my Jack Russell Terrier to the Vets there for the last year and a half. I have seen Dr. Champagne and Dr Wilson and liked them both very much. My son and daughter now take both of their dogs to Kings Row and are very happy. One of the dogs is very shy about having his nails clipped and can be difficult to work with. They were so good with him and he came out without his typical stress response! The office staff is friendly and the office is clean...I am so happy to find such a good overall pet hospital for my animals!!

It went very well. It was the first time I went there and I was impressed with how they handle their clients. I saw Dr. Champagne and she was great with me and my dog.
