The appointment went very well. Paul is very personable and friendly, as well as professional. His extensive knowledge of Hunter Douglas products saved us money. Since there were no major repairs Paul only charged for a service call. He also gave me a referral for a window cleaner. I will keep his contact information so we can do business again. I appreciate his fair and honest business, and feel that he takes pride in a quality and honest business. He is truly a businessman who is there for his customers!

We found Kempler on Angie's List and left a message for Paul; he immediately returned the call and set up an appointment. He suggested previewing the website's virtual showroom; he brought his mobile showroom with him. Polite, cordial, vested, interactive and professional and very knowledgeable are descriptive attributes that Paul brings to the table. He listens. We didn't know it at the time, but later learned that Kempler Design did the window treatments for HGTV's 2014 Dream Home at Schaffer's Mill in Truckee, CA. That spoke volumes about Paul's professional reputation.

Customer service is a lost art form. Kempler embraces quality based customer service as a top priority. Paul and April make communication a seamless process. Each are delightful with a desire to earn your trust and then, your business. Customers get a 360 degree picture and understand ramifications affecting the decision making process. We spent 2 hours reviewing options even though Paul knew we were considering other options. No pressure, just solid information to make a viable decision.

We called the next day and requested Paul to come back to the house. He did in spite of a busy schedule. We told him we selected Kempler and he reviewed each decision, illuminated each cost and insured that what we selected was the product purchased. Note: custom products have many costs (like shipping special orders) that need, to be factored into budget projections. Have Paul provide a detailed breakout of workable solutions and their cost basis. Paul outlined timetables, placed the orders and then took a few more minutes to make minor repairs to existing blinds.

Our order took about three weeks as materials were shipped from across the nation. Kempler uses a locally based firm for the drapery construction--this insures and quot;hands on quality reviewand quot; of all finished products. If it doesn't meet Paul's high standards, it won't be installed. Installation was quick, efficient and room spotless when Paul finished--old school, customer service with modern, technologically based skills.

Everything turned out very well. The installation from start to finish was very good. He was very professional and organized.

After the remodeling was done and the colors of the interior and the furniture were in place, Paul came to give his professional recommendations. I am very pleased at the variety of window treatments throughout the house, matching the objective, use, and feel we wanted for each room. Paul also worked well with my decorator and they two were complimentary.

They came in gave us a very good prices. We had a little problem they came right back out and fixed it and we have had no other problems. They are very good. They are very timely and prompt.
