I marked the categories for the electrician and handyman for a project I needed done and then I filled out the brief form that stated what the project was. Kaya was the first one to call me on this project and could come at a good time on the same day so I agreed. Then later on I heard from my husband that the ceiling fan was in the ceiling but the wiring was not done because Kaya was not an electrician. This baffles me why the job would have sent to him if he did not have electrician marked as a qualification. So he still charged us for part of the job even though the job is not complete. The other part was to make sure the vent pipe was exhausted to outside of the house and that was not done either. I think the job should have been quoted and thoroughly discussed before any work was done so that we would not be in this situation and have to hire someone else to complete the job. Hopefully we all learn from this.
