I had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation from Groupon. When I called Just Brakes they said it would take about 30 minutes. I was there for 2.5 hours. The waiting room was dirty and smelly.
When they were finished, I asked them if they rotated the tires. They looked at me like I was from the moon. When I said it was on the coupon, the guy behind the counter yelled to someone in the warehouse to rotate the tires. After my tires were rotated the guy behind the counter told me I needed a new master cylinder and it would cost me $700 plus dollars
My steering wheel had grease on it when I went to leave. On my way home I got on the freeway, once I hit 60mph my steering wheel started to shake. My regular mechanic was close by so I went to him and he said that my master cylinder was just fine and the reason my car was shaking was because they didn't balance the tires, all they did was move the tires around.
