I called to arrange a quote for removing an old inop fountain, approximately 6’ x 6’ of large and small rocks, some cemented, some not, with a small plastic basin. Tim returned my call promptly, and arrived on time the next morning to give a quote for the demolition
and removal of all debris. We agreed on a price, and he began work immediately. Entire job done in less than two hours, plus he used some of the larger rocks to back fill the hole, then removed all other material. Great job. Tim is a very hard worker with a great attitude. I would hire him again without question.

Overall the the job went well; and the fact that many of the objects were recycled is a big plus for the business. Go Junk Removal offered exceptional customer services by taking the extra step of using his quad to move some of the heavier objects.

Tim and his assistant showed up on time and worked very hard for two hours. The yard debris included sagebrush and branches, cut trees. They even raked up the area afterwards and used a snow shovel to get as much debris up as possible. They filled up the very large container truck they brought with the junk and yard debris from my property. They were both very personable and even cheerful in the hot sun.

We got a phone estimate from Tim, and we made an appointment on a Saturday. He showed up promptly at 3 pm, and he got all the stuff loaded on his truck in less than a half hour. The desk was quite difficult to get out of the home office room because of its very large size. He was able to get it out without nicking, dinging, or scratching any walls, baseboards, or doors! I was very happy to get that desk out without any problems whatsoever! Tim is very friendly, courteous, and professional. His prices are excellent! He takes everything that is donation worthy (i.e. the desk and kitchen cart) to The Salvation Army, or otherwise gets it to people who could re-use it. He recycles anything that he can (e.g. the bent t-posts) as appropriate. He owns his business and is located here in the Reno-Sparks area. I would imagine that he could probably help you recycle or properly dispose of just about anything. He even mentioned that he will be participating in the 2012 Reno Earth Day event by hosting a free e-waste event. We would definitely recommend his business to friends! In fact, we were so happy with his work, and extremely reasonable prices, we also tipped him.
