Rufino was the fifteenth provider I called for an emergency Saturday night service call.  Of the fifteen providers Rufino was the only one to take my call (no one else even bothered to call back after leaving messages on their emergency voice mail lines), asked me specific questions about my issue, talked me through a potential work-around, and then agreed to come out for a service call on Sunday.  He was prompt, courteous, knew his stuff, immediately isolated the problem and fixed it, all within about a twenty minute time period!  I've got other electrical issues and I will most definitely call JR Electric LLC again in the future for my emergency and non-emergency electrical needs.
