Jerry's Mobile Steam Carpet Cleaning came to remedy water damage in a carpet. After cleaning, the area was not complete clear of spots, so I called Jerry and was told that the company does not guarantee water spot removal. Eventually, the two people who did the cleaning returned and did remove the spots. One of the individuals knocked paint off the baseboard of the woodwork, denied it, then went to garage, found a can of paint and repainted the chip-in a different color. (I watched her chip the paint.) The carpet cleaners did not want to move the furniture or the rug that was on top of the carpet, yet I had been told,when I called to make the appointment, that they would remove those items. I helped and the furniture and the rug were moved off the carpet. I would not allow this company into my home in the future. I did not like the attitude of the company or of the individuals who did the carpet cleaning.
