As bad as it gets. Contacted them for installation of panels in December '09. Met to discuss Feb '10. Under contract May '10 with promised completion Sep '10. This is being written Dec. '11. The system is still not functioning.
for as much as I give them credit for giving me reimbursement on propane use for the final bill, I never should have paid them.
the system was not charged with enough anti-freeze so as soon as it got cold (mind you a year after it was supposed to be completed) it failed. Prior to that, the plumbing had to be re-worked, revalved FOUR times. They designed it to dump excess heat in the pool so the pool was 95 degrees during the summer so none of the family wanted to use it. Everytime there was a problem there was a very long delay in response. This is due to the fact that not one person at that company has a clue about what they installed or how it was supposed to work. I continue to be damaged by their incompetence. (Oh and this list is abbridged...they are horrible.)
