Hutch's Mission Car Wash

I've taken my truck here for years and have never had a problem ... They always manage to miss something and I always just do it over .. I paid for what I thought was a good wash although paying for my floor matts to get done to me is dumb when other car washes do it for free . My only issue is I say and watched my truck sit there for almost an hour and not be touched . That's not ok with me . And then another hour and a half for it to be done after that . I did end up complaining . I'll go back but not for anything more than a cheap wash .. To time consuming ... Even though my truck looked great . The washers were slightly rude when I asked them to get the dried water spots off my windows .

They did a decent job but as always they miss one or two things I find annoying. The worst thing was the car was supposed to be ready at 2 pm so I ended up waiting an extra 3 hours at the shop for it. No one really appologized or gave me a discount. I understand we all get behind in our jobs but this was rediculous. I have used them alot in the past and know their service and quality are not exceptional but neither is the price.

The basic car wash is included with the LOF, which is fine in this area. They do a good enough, but not a great job. I have gone to the group at Hutch's, which handles the mechanical portion, are all attentive, professional, friendly, and seem to be trustworthy, and I will continue to give them my business.

I have been using this car wash for many years. I have never had a problem with their service. They are thorough and conscientious when washing my car. I feel the price for a car wash is steep but they always do a great job. If there is a problem with their work they will fix it by running it through the car wash again.
