It has been a great experience. My dog started having problems walking. We had a catscan on her and we were told she would need surgery to the tune of $3500. I was referred to Dr. Lowell. I must admit I was a little skeptical, but willing to give it a try. I called his office and they got me in immediately. AMAZINGLY....my dog was able to walk better after one treatment. We continued with treatments and now she is great. She plays like a puppy (she is 9yrs) and she can actually run again.

He gets A's on everything. I will use him again.

The Veterinarian was going away on vacation the next day. He seemed pre-occupied, so he did not take the time to look at his computer and see what the formula for the injection was....that should have specifically been used for my dog. Instead, he asked ME what we used for the dog the previous time I was in his office. I was not sure, so I told the Vet. what I thought the solution was supposed to be. Later that day, even after the office visit....my pet was very lethargic, and falling over as he tried to stand up and walk. I had to call the doctor, and bring the dog back in....to have an injection given to help him to wake up. A little over 24 hours later...my dog became violently ill....and I had to bring him into another vet. office for blood tests to see just what was wrong, and what caused him to become so ill.

Dr. Lowell is great with the animals. He has a very kind, quiet nature. His clinic is quiet, too, which really helps the animals' attitudes. I brought my cat in for several treatments due to arthritic knees. Dr. Lowell was very aware of my cat's situation and took great care not to cause him any pain. My cat purred the whole time. He was quite technically competent and I felt comfortable asking him questions and with his responses. I would recommend Dr. Lowell to anyone who is looking for a quiet, caring, low-stress facility to take their animals for diagnosis and/or treatment.
