I got several estimates and David's was very competitive, in fact provided one option as part of the roof replacement that another place charged extra for. He took a lot of time explaining things to me and helping me come to a decision on color. He was on site and on my roof himself several times during the roof replacement. His crew showed up on schedule, worked early and late, and in fact finished on a Sunday when the plan was to finish Monday. This was completely stripping old roofing and complete replacement. David warned me that if things like rotted wood had to be replaced it would be an extra charge, but he found nothing requiring extra work. One of my very old, vinyl gutters was damaged during the work and David pointed that out and offered me several options for compensation. The crew cleaned up completely every day before leaving and again when the roof was completed. I have found two nails they missed - none in my driveway. They were polite and considerate of my parking and coming and going. David and his crew were also understanding and concerned about my having to get my 15 year old standard poodle out in the yard several times each day while they were working. My roof looks great. I have no hesitation recommending them to others.
