It went great and was done in a timely manner.

The Great Basin crew's work was excellent, and they were all on the job promptly at 8:00. There were 2 1/2 days of work, and the crew cleaned up each day, and also went all around the building after the roof was finished, and left the place spotless!! The owner of the business was part of the crew, and everyone did an outstanding job. I HIGHLY recommend Great Basin Roofing!!!!!

So glad we went with Great Basin roofing!! After calling many other companies and getting ridiculous quotes and not to mention they acted like they didn’t care if they did the job or not I called Great Basin and omg so glad I did! Carlos was professional, came out we discussed what was needed he answered all our questions and was personable. The morning of the project everyone showed up on time and did the job in amazing time!! Everyone was professional and the roof looks amazing!! I would recommend to everyone I know and anyone looking for a roof to be done or repairs call them! It will save you a lot of headache from the others and you will be hands down pleased with everything!

Amazingly wonderful

As soon as I contacted this company to get a quote, the owner was very responsive and professional. Unlike the other companies I contacted, most of whom acted like they couldn't care less about earning our business, he reached out by telephone right away and made an appointment to come and speak to us in person, show us the products he uses, and explain his methods. The very next day, he e-mailed a clear, easy-to-understand quote. He mentioned financing options one time, but when I told him we didn't want to finance, he never mentioned it again........ he was available and responsive, but not high pressure at all. The crew showed up to begin work promptly as scheduled. It took only two full days for them to completely remove the existing roof and install the new one, including adding four solar tubes. They were very nice about checking and double checking with me about the location of the tubes before drilling their holes. They also did a great job cleaning up the mess; they didn't leave a single stray old shingle anywhere on our property, and left our porch and back patio cleaner than they'd found them. I saw them combing our yard with magnets to catch any stray nails, which we really appreciate because we have a young child. The owner was there the entire time, working right alongside his crew and making sure that they did a good job. While I won't be able to review the actual quality of the new roof until we've been through a winter or two, our experience with the company was great and I would definitely recommend them at this time.

Smooth, fast, professional

Called Carlos to come inspect my roof and give me an estimate for repairs. He set up a time to inspect my roof on Sunday afternoon. In the meantime it snowed and there was no way he could inspect my roof with snow on it so I texted him to reschedule. He texted back that he would set something up for the following Thursday after he checked his schedule. I never heard from him again even after I reached out to him as a reminder. Lack of communication and follow-through is a deal killer with me regardless of the reason.

I couldnt have chosen better roofers! They went above and beyond in all regards - I got MORE than what I paid for. My roof was a mess, from the rafters up, and they just did what needed to be done to correct problems and make it "bombproof." Carlos is amazing. He really cares about and takes pride in is work. But what I appreciate most is his honesty and integrity. You can really trust that he is doing what he says! I am picky, and I pay attention to EVERYTHING and I am truly satisfied with the workmanship and my new roof! LOOK NO FURTHER - GO WITH GREAT BASIN ROOFING!

Great Basin Roofing LLC, Carlos Brandt and his assistant Louie were amazing! Their knowledge, professional manner in handling this job in timely and with great care. They were always on time and worked very hard with very few breaks. These two individuals removed all the trash, roofing supplies, water bottles and even swept the frond and back yards. These guys are professional and awesome!
