Terrible experience. Dealt with Joe. Would not wish him on anyone. Very unproffesional! The company roofed right over dry rot that was brought to their attention prior to hiring them. His attitude and response were deplorable.

Cut my furnace flue level with the roof and did not replace the 24 exhaust stack which is required by code and now I cannot get them to return my calls. I am unable to use my furnace now and I am still finding pieces of debris left over from the demo.

Carlos is a very friendly and knowledgeable guy who was very informative about his product and the process. Unfortunately, the crew of workers who did the roof didn't take their job as seriously and cut corners at every opportunity. The existing drip edge was removed in some places but not others, and then covered up with new drip edge. This led to a roof line that is not flush in multiple places. Not sure how someone could look at this and be comfortable with their work. I had to get Carlos himself to come back and take care of unfinished corners on the drip edge, uncut corner shingles, and I picked up numerous nails and trash around the property after the job was done.

Replaced asphalt roofing quicker than I figured it would take. Finished project looks great and area was left clean of debris. Would recommend this contractor for your roofing needs.

Their bid was well written, exact, easy to understand, and the best bid ($) received. They arrived without delay. The roof they installed is beautiful. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating.

Carlos & his worker Juan came to my home to give estimate on some roofing problems I thought I had. They both checked the roof and offered recommendations to get the job taken care of. They were able to do it the same day. Both of these gentlemen were very professional and friendly......their price was very reasonable also. I recommend Great Basin Roofing to anyone and I would hire them definitely for some other projects I'm thinking of.

Took a couple days longer than quoted but not an issue. quality was great and backed by a 50 year warranty. Carlos was great to work with, did additional work not in the original bid which he did not charge me for. Highly recommend him!!

Carlos came out the same day I called and emailed me a bid within 24 hours. The price was better than all but one other contractor, who was only $200.00 less. They could not do the roof for over 2 weeks. I signed the contract with Carlos on Friday, they started work on Monday and were done by 1:00 PM on Wednesday. I would definitely call them if I ever do a roof again.

Carlos presented an estimate with all of the steps involved in tearing off the old roof, and the steps involved in installing the new roof. He went over all of the GAF products that were to be used. The warranty for the shingles is 50 years, and Carlos labor is 10 years. Carlos and his crew were excellent, starting promptly at 8:00am, and did the complete job in 2 1/2 days. The crew did an outstanding job removing any unneeded scrap, and nails. The quality of their work was **TOP SHELF** and I would highly recommend Great Basin roofing, as their estimate was the best, and their quality and professional approach was excellent! I was pleased to have Carlos come out a week early and get the job done. We had a single story old roof that needed to be shingled. His crew came, ripped off the 2 layers and installed a new one. I will come back to them if I need more roofing done. The only thing I wasn t aware of was the amount of dirt that fell into the garage. Roofing dirt tends to fall through the cracks in the roof board. He even installed rain deflectors. Great Basin Roofing worked excellent for us.

Carlos and his crew were great. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Great work and great cleanup after the project. If i have any future roofing projects I will be hiring them again. All of my neighbors are very impressed by the speed and quality as well.

Carlos came out to my house, showed me materials that I could choose from and explain to me exactly What to expect from his company. He also explained to me the warranty. The Quote was Very reasonable for the work they were going to do. We set a date for the roof to be done and he was here on time with his crew. The roof looks amazing and when they left you would never even know that I had roofing done as they cleaned up every single area around my house. During the time that he and his crew were on my property they were very kind thoughtful and respectful. I highly recommend this company.

They do everything they said they would

Carlos, the owner, is easy to talk and deal with. Very customer service oriented.

Carlos and his team were punctual, very friendly, easy to work with, very efficient, and obviously knew what they were doing. They reflashed and resealed 3 skylights on our condo, and also cleaned the gutters and installed lifetime gutter guards, all in about 5 hours, at what we considered a very fair price, and FAR less than the previous bidder, who insisted that we should replace the skylights. Carlos took lots of pictures to show me what they did. They fit our job in within a reasonable time, too, although they were very busy (came on a Sunday) We have not had severe rain to verify that the skylights no longer leak, but given what they did - replacing all the flashing, installing ice and water barrier, and replacing bad roof shingles - I feel confident that there will be no more problems. I also feel confident that if there ARE problems, Carlos and his crew will quickly fix them. I would certainly think anyone should, at a minimum, give them consideration for their roofing and gutter jobs.

These guys were amazing. I called about 9 companies and these guys were the only ones that reached back out, kept contact and got the project done. My roof wasn t installed correctly and rain/snow was leaking into my home- they quickly identified all issues, gave me the quote and got the work done in the time they quoted(within a week before more winter weather was supposed to hit). They were polite and professional. My flat roof looks amazing and functions the way it should, no leaks and they followed up after the weather to make sure everything was okay. If you need a quality roofing company that cares I highly recommend this one!
