They did fine work but he did minor work compared to how much work we had to do in all. My contractor made all of the arrangements with them so they just had to show up and do their job. They are nice people and they did good work; I have no complaints.

I've had two experiences w/ Bill Gates and his company. The first one is the one I've listed, from ten years ago. To be honest I can't remember the exact cost -- just that it was fair. He was super -- fast, professional, inexpensive. I'm in the middle of another bathroom job right now ... called him and within a few hours he was there with wise words, a good demeanor, and a good price. Just a high integrity guy.
