All went well, there was one little strip in hallway that was missed with polyurethane, this was taken care of a few days later when we called the Co. We have used this Co. on two other homes.

The fellows did a great job. They were timely and pretty much kept to their schedule. In the end, they were only behind their estimate by about 2 hours; and they actually came in on a Sunday and fixed me up...to stay within the and quot;weekand quot; that they promised.

I didn't comment on price and quality...although their workmanship was good...because I was responsible for selecting the materials to be used. I got what I wanted and was satisifed with the selection that was offered to me.

My only complaint would be that laying tile and wood floors is inherently a dirty process. I had to do a little more clean-up after the work was done than I expected.

When I need carpets (my next flooring need), I will call on this firm again.

The price was right. I didn’t like the way they installed the carpet. It didn’t seem they installed it correctly. They used a real strange way out. It was an apartment so I didn’t bother to press over it. I don’t know if I would use them again. They did a strange cut so that the living room was cut in half but it shouldn’t have been that way. We have 8 units and no one has ever seen carpets like that. It seems like a walk way in the middle of the room.

They were great on the price, as well as very accommodating in getting the floor installed within a quick time frame. We needed to get the floors in before our moving truck arrived with our furniture. They worked long hours and did a fabulous job and had it completed in time. We couldn't be happier with all aspects of the job. Unfortunately we were out of town during the installation and had a neighbor let them in and close up at the end of the day. I was somewhat nervous having to do it this way, but for no reason. Everything was done to perfection when we finally arrived to a completed job. I definately would recommmend this company to anyone!

We had to replace vinyl floors in our two bathrooms and a closet because of a water pipe that burst while we were away. The old floors were mostly removed from the bathrooms by a water restoration company. We got several quotes and Floors R Us gave us the best price, and finished the work promptly and professionally. We spent a fair amount of time in their showroom talking to Rod, who is very knowledgable and gave us the pros and cons of a lot of their different products. He also made sure we were aware of which products he had on-sale or coming up on sale. After looking at several flooring places and getting quotes we decided to go with Floors R Us. I can honestly say I haven't had a better experience with a contractor. Almost every time I've had something done to my house I've found some flaw. Not these guys. They did a great job. Martin the owner and his crew did the install. They were a little late getting here but Rod called beforehand and warned me they were running a little late. They tore up what was left of the the old floor and underlayment, placed new underlayment down before the vinyl and even reset the toilets, one of which had been removed. They asked questions when they were unsure about something. They were done several hours after they arrived.

Highly recommended employee owned business. My updated laundry room needed new flooring over concrete pad. Floors R Us let me take sample books home to select material and colors. They worked with me on a complicated schedule for carpenter, electrician, new heater installation and new washer/dryer delivery. Installers came exactly when they said they would and finished on-time at agreed upon cost. These guys are good and very pleasant to work with.

I bought the materials from Mr. Rod Allec, Operations Manager. He himself came to my home, removed the old carpet and very professionally and meticulously installed the new flooring with masterful carpentry skill. It is beautiful. I don't know if you want me to tell you his prices, but my wife and I shopped a lot before we settled on this company. Not only were his prices less than some other national chain companies in the area, we were very impressed by the fact that the people who were selling the materials were they very individuals who installed them (rather than some subcontractor). They don't sell furniture or toilet seats, etc.; they do nothing but floors and they know their business. They took great pride and pains in making this customer very satisfied.
