Carlos came out the same day I called and emailed me a bid within 24 hours. The price was better than all but one other contractor, who was only $200.00 less. They could not do the roof for over 2 weeks. I signed the contract with Carlos on Friday, they started work on Monday and were done by 1:00 PM on Wednesday. I would definitely call them if I ever do a roof again.

Carlos presented an estimate with all of the steps involved in tearing off the old roof, and the steps involved in installing the new roof. He went over all of the GAF products that were to be used. The warranty for the shingles is 50 years, and Carlos labor is 10 years. Carlos and his crew were excellent, starting promptly at 8:00am, and did the complete job in 2 1/2 days. The crew did an outstanding job removing any unneeded scrap, and nails. The quality of their work was **TOP SHELF** and I would highly recommend Great Basin roofing, as their estimate was the best, and their quality and professional approach was excellent! I was pleased to have Carlos come out a week early and get the job done. We had a single story old roof that needed to be shingled. His crew came, ripped off the 2 layers and installed a new one. I will come back to them if I need more roofing done. The only thing I wasn t aware of was the amount of dirt that fell into the garage. Roofing dirt tends to fall through the cracks in the roof board. He even installed rain deflectors. Great Basin Roofing worked excellent for us.

Carlos and his crew were great. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Great work and great cleanup after the project. If i have any future roofing projects I will be hiring them again. All of my neighbors are very impressed by the speed and quality as well.

Carlos came out to my house, showed me materials that I could choose from and explain to me exactly What to expect from his company. He also explained to me the warranty. The Quote was Very reasonable for the work they were going to do. We set a date for the roof to be done and he was here on time with his crew. The roof looks amazing and when they left you would never even know that I had roofing done as they cleaned up every single area around my house. During the time that he and his crew were on my property they were very kind thoughtful and respectful. I highly recommend this company.

They do everything they said they would

Carlos, the owner, is easy to talk and deal with. Very customer service oriented.

Carlos and his team were punctual, very friendly, easy to work with, very efficient, and obviously knew what they were doing. They reflashed and resealed 3 skylights on our condo, and also cleaned the gutters and installed lifetime gutter guards, all in about 5 hours, at what we considered a very fair price, and FAR less than the previous bidder, who insisted that we should replace the skylights. Carlos took lots of pictures to show me what they did. They fit our job in within a reasonable time, too, although they were very busy (came on a Sunday) We have not had severe rain to verify that the skylights no longer leak, but given what they did - replacing all the flashing, installing ice and water barrier, and replacing bad roof shingles - I feel confident that there will be no more problems. I also feel confident that if there ARE problems, Carlos and his crew will quickly fix them. I would certainly think anyone should, at a minimum, give them consideration for their roofing and gutter jobs.

These guys were amazing. I called about 9 companies and these guys were the only ones that reached back out, kept contact and got the project done. My roof wasn t installed correctly and rain/snow was leaking into my home- they quickly identified all issues, gave me the quote and got the work done in the time they quoted(within a week before more winter weather was supposed to hit). They were polite and professional. My flat roof looks amazing and functions the way it should, no leaks and they followed up after the weather to make sure everything was okay. If you need a quality roofing company that cares I highly recommend this one!

This is for a roof redo on a manufactured home by Tim P. On time, work was excellent. Waited through a couple of rainstorms and some snow before writing this review. Another roofing company said they would need to totally replace the sky lights for extra cost. Carlos assured me they didn't need to. So after the storms, no leaks, all fine. He also removed a swamp cooler from the roof, sealed, and roofed over it. All for less than previous estimates, but definitely no loss in quality. I have recommended them to my neighbor after winter.

Good job overall. Completed reroofing in three days as promised. Did excellent job of cleaning up each day and at end. Liked the fact that they are certified GAF installer. As a retired mechanical engineer I felt the GAF roofing system is one of the best. They seemed do an excellent job of installing all the system components, including painting all the roof accessories with the matching GAF paint. I would hire them again. Lloyd H

Great job. They basically came when they said they would. Even worked with the weather. Had rain during the night and they dried it off with blowers to complete work on time.
