They were patient and helpful when asking for quotes and stating that I wanted to wait awhile before the job was started. Once the job was scheduled it was fast (4 days, for 2000 sq ft house) and perfect!!! Thanks a bunch!!

My interaction with them was okay and their work was good. I had called them again for a bid on my house here and it took a while for them to get back to me. However, they are nice people. The estimate that they gave me for replacing my roof was high. Their bid was quite high compared to the other bid that we had received. I would use their services again if they are competitive.

Roof needed to be replaced due to severe wind damage. I Called for an estimate and a representative from Falcon showed up the same day the call was made. Their estimate was received within three days. The work was performed in the timeframe stated and the employees handeled themselves in a professional manner and were informative and helpful. The quality of work was excellent. We received four other estimates, Falcon's estimate was by far the lowest and we almost decided not to use them for this reason. Do not let the low bid deter you from using this contractor, when you look at the end product you will be glad you hire them.

Excellent start to finish and no problems 4 years latter on first roof. Pricing was below area average so I was very careful but results were excellent.
