Eye Care - Optical Sales & Repair
I purchased two pair of eyeglasses -- one pair of sunglasses (prescription) and one regular. Their rates were considerably more than the 2 Pair for $78 claims, first of all. The regular glasses came back incorrectly. And it took a week -- nothing overnight. The lenses kept falling out of the regular glasses. I took them back twice. Finally they ordered me a new pair, which took another week. Had to go back twice for a fitting. Did not still get the nosepiece right. Was supposed to be silicone. Wasn't. Finally in despair I took my glasses to Sam's Club where they cheerfully and quickly replaced the offending nose piece with real soft, nice silicone. Frankly, I felt the service a Eyeglass World was quite unsatisfactory
