Went perfectly! Eric and his partner were meticilous on prepping, caulking and painting my rentaI. Very neat and tidy, no over spray or messy paint left behind, perfection is the way Eric works. I would highly recommend Eric Phillips for any and all of your painting needs. Eric takes cash only..no credit cards.

They show up and do what it takes to get the project done to your satisfaction. If that means having to repainted a problem area then they do it no problem! They applied exterior primer and paint to our 2 story home as well as the entire interior plus several stained services. A lot of everything was tasked to them and they did a fantastic job!

I have used Eric a few times for interior painting and wall texturing. He and his partner are professional, clean, reliable, and do a good job at a very reasonable price. I know I can leave the house while they are working....they are very trustworthy. Also, it is a pleasure to hire people who hum and sing while working....it seems that they enjoy their job....no grunting and groaning.

It went very well. Eric was on time each day of the job. The work was professionally completed and the house/decking now looks very nice. Cleanup is a big thing for me. I really hate it when a contractor does the job and leaves a mess behind. Eric left the place looking good and I had very little to do besides returning the deck furnishings after the stain dried. I recommend Eric for your painting needs.

Painter and helper were punctual, and got the whole job done in 4 days. Painter was flexible with a couple of last-minue adjustments, and I thought the price was very fair. He was negoatiable on the price.
