Jesse was knowledgable about vents, explained what he was doing and why. Answered my questions, asked if I wanted a vent going up to roof or going vertical under crawl space? Explained costs associated with both, showed me the materials he was going to use and checked again before starting work to ensure my choice was still what I wanted. At the end of his installation he cleaned up his mess. I would highly recommend Dryer Vent Wizard for any dryer issues. They were professional, called me 30 minutes prior to showing up to scheduled appointment and were right on time. Friendly, polite and experienced in their field of work!

Service rep was on time and very knowledgeable. He was able to find the source of a ventilation blockage and rectify the problem efficiently in the time he estimated it would take. I feel much safer now knowing a potential fire hazard has been eliminated.

I knew there must be a lot of "lint" in the dryer vent piping but I was amazed how much there really was. Huge fire hazard, but I won't have to worry about it now. Mike arrived on time, replaced the vent hose and cleaned up the whole mess.

Jessie was pretty awesome. He knew I was hearing impaired and read lips and right away he made sure I could see him at all times when he spoke to me. He explained everything he could do, and couldn't do fully, step by step. And WOW did he get stuff out of the dryer vent......I couldn't find a thing wrong with his services if I tried.
