Dirty Plumber

The Dirty Plumber (Jack) is the only plumber we will use. Our problem started in December with a dripping shower head. After giving another company a month to solve the problem, including ordering the wrong part, we hired Jack. He knew immediately that the wrong part was ordered and had the right one within a week. Yes, our shower fixtures are old and high end, so when the handle wouldn’t work he again knew immediately what the problem was and showed up with the part to fix it! He is responsive, prompt, knowledgeable, plans ahead and stands behind his work. We have some future plumbing projects and he already has creative suggestions to save us money. Thank you Jack!

We have been redoing our bathroom called them and they fixed the pipes as well as put in a new water heater and made sure everything was working properly. Was professional and did a great job for a good price compared to others I have looked into

Dirty Plumber did a great job on our hot water heater recirculating pump and pipes. I called them on Oct 7 and set up an appointment for the following day from 12 – 3 and sent them a picture of the pump. I was able to be home earlier than expected and called them around 11, and Laz and Enrique arrived shortly thereafter. They were very professional, did the work efficiently, and arrived with all the parts they needed to complete the job (in my experience, often service personnel need to make one or more trips to get parts they did not have on their work vehicles). They also made the completed product look as nice as a hot water heater assembly can look – and the job was done to last, not a quick fix. If you need any plumbing work, I highly recommend Dirty Plumber based on quality of work and fairness of prices. This project cost $705, including a military discount – thank you, owner Jack, for your patriotism!

Excellent. Timely callback. Prompt return of calls. Easy to schedule. Jack drew a whole schematic of everything under our house, it was very helpful. The two workers we had out to our house were excellent as well.

It was great. The customer service excellent. They respond to my inquiry quickly. They were pleasant and they did a great work.

Everything is still working the way it, from job done in May 2018.

Required a toilet rebuild on a rental. I live out of area and arranged by phone. Work done as requested price seemed average. Sometimes a little hard to get a hold of but very responsive once contacted.

Resonse was within 3 hours of call. Work was thorough and effective with adequate cleanup at finsh.

Jack the plumber ....restored my optimism in the human race.

the experience was fantastic. After weeks of remodeling, things can get stressful. The owner and his apprentice arrived when expected, were professional and polite, made sure the work they did was done to perfection and left the area clean!
They hooked up the new sinks and faucets and noted that the valves were old and needed replacing because of leaks. They had to make several trips to finish projects around the granite install. They removed the existing tub valve and installed the new valve once the tile was removed so the granite wall could be installed.
I strongly recommend this company ( soon to be called Dirty Plumber) and have plans to use them in the future.

the weekend my renters were moving in, I got a call that the water pressure was non-existant after a couple minutes of running the tap. I called Plumbing Doctor and because it was Easter weekend, and he was going to be out of town, I called another plumbing contractor... Paul's Plumbing. Paul's came out, diagnosed the problem (incorrectly), replaced a very expensive pressure valve only to find out it was not the problem, and ended up giving me an estimate to dig and repair the inexpensive shut off valve to the house. When I heard the estimate, minimum $1200, I said no and called the Plumbing Doctor again after getting the okay from my renters that they could go another couple days, as they still had their original rental they could go to. Plumbing Doctor responded that he could do the job on Monday after Easter. He showed up, fixed the problem and charged me a fair price. I had the hole dug ahead of time, so the price did not include that. Jack, the owner, actually took the time to talk to me on the original phone call and diagnosed the possible problems. He gave me some good advice, such as calling the city to make sure the pressure was good from the street. He suggested the pressure relief valve and the shut off valve as the other possible problem areas to look at.

His customer service was extraordinary. He was very responsive and his pricing was very fair.
