Daniele LaPierre-Board Keller Williams

I had just moved to the Reno area and was living in a long stay hotel looking for a rental and then a house to buy. I was recommended Daniele (pronounced Da-Neal) through a friend of my sister. I was impressed with her professionalism and here willingness to show me the ropes as I had never bought a house before. She went above and beyond in securing a rental and making sure that I was protected and treated fairly by the rentor. In looking for a house, she went all out and did her best to show us just what we were looking for, but pushed enough to suggest alternatives when she really thought we should look at them. Some were not what we were interested in, but other, were a great suggestion that I would otherwise not have looked into. She is well versed in the industry and has lots of contacts to help your sale or purchase. She always offered her contacts and never pushed them. She always encouraged me to look elsewhere for a better deal, yet we could not find one. She is a hard working mother and never felt like we were pushed. She was honest and upfront and I will use her if we ever need to sell and buy again. I only gave a B in the pricing, as I did not have to pay for the agent, the seller does. I believe that she charges the standard percentage for her services and I consider that to be a B grade. Grade A being reserved for someone who charges below standard rate. Otherwise I would not hesitate to recommend Daniele for any home buyer or seller in the Reno area.
