My experience with Dannyn was exceptional. He was clear about the process of the appointment. The inspection that he did on my house was extremely thorough. He truly listened to my concerns and needs and delivered solutions that worked for me and my budget. He was by far the most knowledgeable and experienced professional that I have encountered in my time as a home owner. Dabella is a reliable company and their communication is top notch. Any time I have called Dannyn, he replies promptly and with the information I need. Not only do I recommend Dabella for any exterior project, I’d ask for Dannyn to get the best experience possible.

Collecting bids, no service performed

Dannyn and Kyla were fantastic, they went through the whole house super efficiently and even went above and beyond to look over the siding. Super helpful and friendly, cant recommend them enough.

Kevin and Jarratt were extremely helpful and professional throughout the quoting process. They listened to what we wanted and presented a combination of options to fit our needs. Buyer Beware!!! I do not recommend this company. I received the referral for DaBella from Home Advisors. Our experience started in Aug. 2020 with the six-hour-high pressure sales pitch to a scheduled Sept. 2020 install, which was pushed to late October 2020, and presently (Aug. 20, 2021) in a dispute over trim and caulk used. The windows were to be installed in Sept. 2020, and were one month late, which required me to cancel my house being painted and re-scheduled for Oct. However, that delay could not be accommodated by our painter's schedule and the cold weather that arrived. Subsequently, the caulk used between the glass and window frame, and on the the window trim shrunk and disappeared. No one from DaBella or the subcontractor's staff advised that they were using caulk that required painting, I told DaBella and the install staff that we planned to have our house painted after install, not knowing that there would be no days until next March with the appropriate exterior painting temperatures. When the caulk worsened this August after being painted in March, I called DaBella and spoke to 'Elsa" who reached out to their subcontractor who sent out a man who reported to his office that it was our painter's fault that the caulk failed. I have tried to reach a supervisor at DaBella over the last 2 weeks to discuss this matter to no avail. During the sales pitch, Aaron Snipe reassured us that DaBella had a Reno office that was staffed and that he would be our Project Manager to see us through the whole process--we never saw him after he had the signed contract, and the manager Alex Keats as denoted on their website, has never returned our many phone calls. When you call DaBella's phone number, all you ever reach is the call center in Portland, no supervisors or anyone is ever available according to the operators who say they are just "schedulers." I found out my window install was delayed when I called to confirm the date to relay the information to my painter, the subcontractor advised me of my actual October date, no one from DaBella ever told us. Now that there is an issue with the caulk on the trim which their sub installed, DaBella won't return my calls, makes me wonder who would service the lifetime/transferrable window guarantee since they are so unresponsive now. Will they even still be in business? Again, Buyer Beware, of this non-local Reno/Sparks company. If you do purchase from DaBella make sure to inspect everything especially the trim and interior caulk before signing the paper that all is good. After the sub left that evening in late October, we noticed that two interior windows had not been caulked. My rating for DaBella is zero.
