I called up for an estimate to replace the broken window with all new hardware; they quoted me a price of $489.  And since I have used them about 5 years ago, they had all my information on hand to make the ordering process easy. The window arrived in 6 days and they said to just come in and they would install it. When I arrived it look like the installer was going to lunch, so I left the vehicle there and when I returned 30 minutes later the window has already been installed. All in all a great experience.

I came to custom truck accessories and asked for an estimate of to install two Grover 1510 stuttertone air horns and one Nathan K5LA airchime along with two Viar 480c compressors, two five gallon tanks, three regulators, gauges, custom dash panel insert with 8 electrical switches and two air gauges and various other little components of the system.  Due to this installation being very custom and complex the service writer/sales person actually had the installer who would be doing the install examine all the parts and quote out the job.  The installer who was very excited and had lots of experience with vehicle electrical and custom air systems quoted me two full days to complete everything that was required.  They quoted me a good price plus any parts they would need as I only supplied the major parts and not any the the miscellaneous fittings, connections and sealants.  Unfortunately when I brought my truck in the following Monday they were not able to start on it until the late afternoon due to what I was told was everything that could go wrong went wrong that day.  I didn't really mind because they said that they would be able to still complete the job by close of business on Tuesday.  At 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday the sales guy came to me and stated that the installer needs about 5 more hours to complete the job, and he is willing to work till 10:00 p.m. tonight because they promised they would have it done.  Instead of being inflexible I said that it was okay and I would just come back the following Monday since he only needed five more hours to finish the job.  The following Monday I arrived prior to the business officially opening for the day.  The shop had my truck until 3:45 that afternoon and was still not completed.  I have since returned the following day in the hopes that it we be completed.  Although I am slightly irritated that it appears that they overbooked their installs and couldn't have another installer help the primary one I am more than satisfied by the quality and professionalism that is being put into this very CUSTOM installation.  I can only describe the work that the installer has done, continues to do, and how it looks as engineering p***.  With the delays and the extra time that has been required I will be returning time and time again for every accessory and custom installation that I continue to add to my truck.

The lid came in on time,I was called to make an appointment. Iwas told it would take about an hour so I decided to wait. The appointment was for 9:00 am. It was done at 11:45. It was a good job except for the scheduling.

These guys are awesome. They took us last minute on a Saturday and performed quality work in a timely manner at a very reasonable price.
