Isaac came by and gave me a fair estimate. He explained what needed to be done, how it would be done, and when it would be done. William, from critter bros showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and cleaned up after he was finished. I would recommend Critter bros over anyone else that came and gave us an estimat, not because of the price but because of the customer service.

I highly recommend Critter Bros, they explained everything to me even took care of some extra things. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional.

We called this company because we are having a bird mite problem and needed a bird removed. When we called we were scheduled for a bird removal for today from 4-6. We took time off of work to be here and NO ONE SHOWED UP! It is extremely unprofessional to get no call to at least let us know they wouldn’t make it or to reschedule. We have called countless times to see what happened and why no one came and no one answers when we try to leave a voicemail it says the mail box is full. NEVER recommending or booking this company.

Nick was kind and responsive. He helped me with pigeon exclusion services. The first time he installed the exclusion , two pigeon nests with young pigeons were left behind (by accident) and he returned to make sure the pigeons were safely removed and redid the service. Due to having to come multiple times he also did a quick pressure wash of the front and side walkway where there was a lot of pigeon droppings. Great customer service ! Thank you.

This outfit is a SCAM. We hired them for a mouse infestation in Incline Village clean up and control. We came 3 time to check the place AFTER they said the place was under control and they were done cleaning. The beds were full of urine and feces. The kitchen cabinets were full as well. We paid over $14000 to get the place livable again, and the mouse kept coming. They were suppose to find all the entry point but mouse kept coming in. At the end they wanted more money, even though the contact say that they guarantee for a year. We asked to keep all the doors close and the last time they came they left everything open so the mouse could move around the house freely. Photos are the bed and the kitchen floor AFTER they said they were done cleaning. BEWARE! Use a more reputable outfit. All my reviews on Google were 5 star. I don't tend to leave bad reviews, but I could not stay quiet. We feel cheated!.

Wasted a full week waiting for them to show up to two appointments scheduled! Finally told the owner would call me to discuss the matter. Still no call hence the review. Thoroughly disappointment in the level of customer service this company offers and their lack of commitment to scheduling appointments.

Had a bat in the house and they were out here late in the evening immediately after calling. They were able to get the bat out of the house humanely and safely. Can’t recommend enough!!

I had roof rats in my attic, I tried solving the issue my self, but failed. I realized I needed professionals to do the work. I called Critter Bros. Those guys came out assessed my issue, and solved the problem. No more roof rats, FINALLY I can sleep at night without feeling uneasy. Thanx Critter Bros!

Tim and his crew quickly took care of our squirrel problem before it became a much bigger issue. They installed a one-way door to allow the squirrel to leave on its own without needing to kill the animal, sealed the exit, then cleaned and sanitized the affected area. A+

We had an infestation of mice in our crawlspace and attic. Tim and his crew worked several days blocking all the entrances and cleaning the crawlspace and attic. They returned at least every other day more than two weeks to replace traps until we had no more mice. Then the areas were sanitized and the outside checked. Although the cost seemed high when I first heard it, in the end I understand the work and expertise involved. I am very pleased with result. Tim is an expert and his crew very capable. Highly recommend!

We had a colony of squirrels living in our attic and although we did the trapping and initial insulation removal ourselves to save some costs, his crew finished the clean up, sealed all the holes, and replaced the insulation. So far so good! They came out like a hazmat team and left as if they were never there.
