They were very prompt in getting a quote for me and very friendly.  I brought the van in later that week to have it serviced.   Turns out that they were given the wrong part # by the Toyota parts department.  Was originally quoted about $115 to replace a cable.  The correct part was $1100 (included the door motor), plus another $500 for installation.  As that was a huge difference, I did not elect to have the work done.  They fixed the door so it opens and closes manually for me at no cost and with a heartfelt apology.
I found them to be very professional and very friendly and will go back to get more work done by them.  If I do decide to get my automatic door fixed, I will have them do it.

On a ski trip to Lake Tahoe, our minivan skidded on an icy road in a parking lot and the right passenger side bumped into a wood fence.  Although I am not familiar with the Reno area, I wanted a body shop that looks after my interest, instead of just going with whatever the insurance wants.  So I turned to Angie?s list and read the reviews.  I decided to send the car to Concurs.
Probably because it was a busy season, the car initially sat there for a couple of days waiting for the inspection, and I had some questions about the authorization form they sent me for signature.  I called to follow up, and Gil, the owner, answered my call.  Things went very smoothly from here.  Gil really took the time to answer my questions about the repair process, their
authorization form, and how they will look after my interest in working with the insurance company.  Gil found additional damage (about $2000) through the inspection over the original repair estimate by the insurance and got approval from the claim adjuster regarding it.  Gil warned me that my insurance wanted to use non-OEM parts for repair of some body parts and mechanical parts.  I called the insurance company and persuaded them to use OEM parts for the mechanical repair.  For the body parts, Gil talked to the OEM supplier, who agreed to price match.  So we end up repairing my car with all the replacement parts being new OEM. 
Gil was very pleasant to deal with.  He was on top of things and also kept me updated on the process of the job.  He always answers my calls or returns them quickly.  I have had my car back for about a week now, and I am very happy with the repair.  Thank you, Gil, and thank you, Angie?s list.

Fabulous. Gil arranged for a rental company to pick me up after I dropped off my car. Knowing I was paying $1,000 deductible, he dramatically reduced the paint charge for me.
I overheard other interactions with customers and learned that Gil and his staff have high service standards. He is also a Rotary member, abiding by the 4 way business test of integrity.

Repair work was excellent. Price was better than competition. Only negative was that the car was not ready when promised and phone call to let me know was not received. I only found out when I called to arrange pick up.

This is the second time I've taken my car to Concours for repairs. Once again, they did a fantastic job. My car is perfect, better than before! They added a perfect pinstripe to the side that makes it just a little flashy. The paint is matched perfectly and they cleaned my car inside and out. It was pretty dirty, since it had just rained before I brought it in. They greeted me immediately when I brought it in, went above and beyond to get my car in for repair when I had to go to work and couldn't drop it off during regular work hours. They did all the leg work with my insurance company, and, of course, had everything done ahead of time. They take all the stress out of car repair. They do make some pretty silly jokes, however.

Someone backed into the side of our brand new Honda Accord. We had owned it just over a week. Although Concours was recommended to us by several sources we were still apprehensive about letting anyone disassemble, repair and paint our car. Gil, the owner was there when we arrived. He looked at our car and immediately began to give us confidence that he could fix our car. He took extra time to show us the body shop and talk to us about the process. There was additional damage so they worked with the insurance adjuster to be sure it would all be paid for. He updated us on the progress of the job and when we picked up our Car you would not have known it had over $6000 of body work done to it. We hope we never have to go back but if we were in that situation again we would go to Concours.

Those guys were terrific and I would definitely recommend them to anybody. They are really good. They fixed my little problem and when I went to pick up my car, I didn't recognize it because they had detailed the entire car. They painted the tires and shined up everything. As I was driving home I kept looking at the dashboard and thinking that I didn't think the car was dirty before and I wasn't sure it was my car. They did a marvelous job. They are off the chart. They had the kindness personnel and they were very cooperative and knowledgeable.
