I have used Computer Tech for many years. Have never had a reason to look for a new servicer. have had questions which were answered quickly and timely. they are always easy to work with. Recommend this company always

From the minute the technician came to the door he was friendly, professional, easy to talk with and willing to explain all the technical stuff.
He also made sure everything was working correctly prior to leaving. 

Mark was very nice  and did every thing we needed him to do to get us up an running with our computer. We love his news letters every mo.

I called this company with a very specific service in mind. If you are a
complete novice and know nothing about your computer then he will be of
help to you. He seems like nice person but $100 an hour for a guy who
knows only the basics of computer operation is very pricey to me. He
basically updated the software on my computer I.E. browser, Adobe, Java.
He seems to know very little about the equipment side I.E.(Servers, Switches, Routers). Some of what he told be I have since found out to not be true after investigating.

The technician was very knowledgable, thorough, and capable. He explained what he was doing all the while he worked and resolved all of my issues. I was so pleased, I have already recommended him to my husband who uses his computers in his audit business.

His name is Mark Cobb, and I have been using their services probably for about five years. They are always very prompt, and do good work.

I was very nervous because I was so worried about my computer and having to hire a stranger to work on it.  But from the moment he walked in, I knew I could trust Mark.  Again, for seniors, this is so important because the one thing we learn as we get older is how many scams there are out there waiting for us.  I just can't recommend Mark highly enough. 

Talked to tech on monday morning. He said he would be out later in the day. He arrived about 4pm and my problem was solved by 5.

Everything went well. He was very punctual, very neat in appearance, and represents his business very well.

Computer was running slowly; Mark Cobb once again got it on it's feet and now is is zooming along.

That guy was just super. They come to your house and they are very reasonably priced. If you mess up you can call them back and they will work with you over the phone and help you. He was great. He was on top of Angie's List, people were praising him so I called him up and I was very happy. I made out fliers out of the goodness of my heart for some friends who are always looking for someone to fix their computers. We were all wondering who we could get and we could trust without charging an arm and a leg. This guy was great. The price was really within the reason of reasonable. He took about an hour at the house straightening out the problems and he explained the errors and he told me I needed to defragment my computer. He told me it would take about two days and he was right. He showed me where to go, how to do things and how to make it better. I thought $75 was not bad at all. Other places charge you $150 just to come to your house and then they start on your computer. This guy was very sensible. I called him when I had issues and he helped me to know how to make it go away. They are available, understandable and very reasonably priced. They back up what they've done. Basically, they walk on water. They are real people, not a big corporation and he was there the next day after I called. I will use him again and again.

I called Computer Techs on Monday Jan 25. Ron Seagraves was at my house within 30 minutes to pick up my PC. He performed his magic and returned my PC on Friday the 29th. I would have been sooner but I had conflicts in receiving it at home. He did a supurb job. Viruses are gone and pop ups are gone.

There were more problems than I think expected and it took a little longer than I hoped for, but overall, Mark does excellent work and troubleshoots very well.

Mark (the owner) has worked on my computers several times now. He works very fast and efficiently. I've always been pleased with his work. I work from home and have used other services in the past but never one so quick to make an appointment, arrive, and FIX the problem. Since this Service Technician comes to your home to fix your computer, you will also be happy to know that they are extremely polite and professional at all times.

Super. Mark also takes the time to help me understand my computer system. He's very, very patient and understanding. I always consider him a great value.

I emailed Mark on Friday I think and he emailed right back suggesting how I could determine just what additional memory upgrades my system needed. He's always very prompt in getting back to me, and often we just fix things that way, since we've been working together for a couple years now. Since I figured that another 1 gb RAM would do the trick, having taken his advice which was spot on, he was out on Monday morning and had it all done in no time at all. The additional hints and tips he gave me about the limitations of MS Outlook, a new defrag shareware program and several other little things really helped get my system running at an optimal level again. Mark never, ever makes you feel like an idiot, even when I have those 'duh' forehead slapping moments. I've recommended him to other friends and they are still using his services.
