Great! Got a quote same day and new water heater was installed the next morning.

Frank was able to fit us into his schedule the following morning at 8:00 am. He arrived right on time, was well groomed and well spoken and had the leak fixed in 90 minutes. One could not tell he'd been here, other than the shiny new copper pipe, as he left no debris behind.

I was worried about drywall damage due to having the gas line installed. Frank was able to install a flexible gas line without opening up the wall. All you see is the termination!

I called I owner Frank.. He came on a Sat . One toilet was and quot;runningand quot; water.. he found a crack in the tank.. replaced it quickly . I'd had a leak in faucet from previous remodeling kitchen job that was not done correctly. That was fixed, too. Frank is on the ball.. smart guy.. small business owner.. cares about customers.... in other words he and quot;GET'S ITand quot;..

Frank did a very professional job at a very good price. His original estimate was $400 - $500, but because the total job was completed quicker and easier, he only charged me $321.50. I am very pleased with his workmanship and professionalism. I will definitely use Clearview Plumbing again and recommend Frank to anyone that needs plumbing work. P.S. I got a second estimate just to keep Frank honest and that estimate for the same work was $608.00.

Frank's professionalism and efficiency are the best I have ever seen in my many years of dealing with plumbers. He is honest and always looks out for the customers best interest. I would never think of using anyone other than Frank.

Frank responded within an hour of calling him and came over to assess the problem. The water line was 33 years old and he suggested that it be abandoned and a new water line installed since a repair would probably be a patch due to the age of the line, he suggested and I agreed to have a new line installed.
He indicated that he was available immediately and the work would take a week. He and his worker Sergio arrived at 7AM on the dot every morning. They installed a temporary water line to the house so it wouldn't leak anymore and then went about the difficult task of digging a very long trench for the new line. After the new piping was installed he and his crew replaced the sod that was lost and repaired the cement in the driveway. A new back flow was installed as well as replacing the water shut off to the house which previously was inaccesible since it was located under the crawl space. He did a number of other things of which I'm not sure of to make improvements for the delivery of water.
Frank and his crew were amazing. They are very hard workers and also extremely friendly and responsive to any questions I had. Frank takes great pride in his work and as far as I'm concerned is the only plumber I would ever consider calling if other problems arise as I'm sure they will with a 30 plus year old house.

Frank the owner was very prompt with his return call. I spoke with him on a Friday afternoon @16:00 and explained the problem. He immediately knew what I was describing and setup an early appointment the next day, Saturday. We only had to shutoff the water overnight and when I arrived at my rental property the next morning he had already completed the work. We discussed helpful tips on preventive measures in the future to avoided this type of repair. He is very responsive, professional and attentive. I recommend him for all of your plumbing needs. Frank resturns calls quickly, is extremely flexible with his timing. I used him on a FRIDAY night after 5pm and on a SUNDAY . . .with no extra crazy charges!!! He finished both jobs quickly and is just a nice guy!
