About us
Clean Energy Center is a residential and commercial clean energy generation (solar, wind, geothermal, etc.) integrator and utility-scale wind planning firm. For commercial and residential customers, Clean Energy Center provides recommendations, free in-home estimates, and turn-key installation of wind energy, solar energy, and solar hot water systems. In Utility Scale Planning, Clean Energy Center (CEC) performs full service feasibility studies including resources assessments, project planning and siting, environmental studies, installation of meteorological (met) towers and instrumentation, SoDAR installation, data analysis, permitting, Power Purchase Agreements (PPA’s), wind turbine generator (WTG) procurement, and WTG construction management. CEC currently maintains licenses as a general commercial and residential contractor (class B), plumbing contractor (C-1), and electrical contractor (C-2) in the state of Nevada. License Numbers: 0073919, 0073920, 0073732. Rich Hamilton, Clean Energy Center’s owner, has summited the highest mountains from Alaska to the Andes, is a former aero-medical aircrew member, and Nevada Wind Energy Expert. His deep love of the natural world and his first-hand encounters with global warming spurred him into renewable energy.
