I am thrilled with the quality of work that was done in my remodel. Scott was very responsive and the sub contractors did a wonderful job. Only issue was delay in painting while trying to schedule painter because they were so busy. It delayed some of the project. However, the painting job of the cabinet was excellent and worth the wait.!! I would definitely refer Ceto Builders. Yvonne Riggan

Ceto Builders is a small Reno company. They have a team of external contractors - all who do really good work. This saves trying to find different trades people for different jobs. You know that they will get the right person for the job. The downside is that they are often busy, so there can be delays. Scott at Ceto is all about making sure the job is done correctly. We are remodelling a 2400sq ft condo and have used Ceto for all of it. We have been very happy with the work done and will use them again.

Scott and his team did a wonderful job. Any concerns i had were quickly and efficiently dealt with. In fact, we are so happy with the work that we are having Scott and his team perform a major remodel of our house early in 2019. We are adding a second floor to the house and doubling its size. We have every confidence the work will be performed to the highest standards.

We chose Ceto Builders because the owner and his assistant do the majority of the work themselves. They did an outstanding job. All sub-contractors they used were excellent as well. Everyone was respectful of our home and our schedule. The work was completed as promised, on time and on budget. It just was overall a very positive experience and we would not hesitate to hire them again.

CETO Builders were wonderful to work with. Scott and his crew were great. We honestly have nothing but good to say about working them. Scott was always great about letting us know when they would be arriving, how the project was progressing, and keeping us informed every step of the way. We were very happy with all the sub-contractors Scott used also. Our daughter was graduating from the University of Nevada Reno and he made sure we met our goal of being able to use that new room for her graduation party at our home. We highly recommend CETO Builders.

Scott and his crew were a pleasure to work with. The finished project looks great and the work was top-notch. The original bid was a little higher than I expected, but given the quality of the work and the professionalism of all involved, it was a good value. I would definitely hire CETO Builders again.

Scott was very professional and gave excellent advice to the design throughout the remodel. Quality people tend to be busy and Scott had to juggle several other projects at once. This is not unusual. He communicated well in advance when he would come by and showed up on time. I made a couple of design changes and he was able to accommodate them without an interruption in schedule. I would choose CETO again for another project.

Both projects were quality work! We were very happy with the first project - It's amazing how well they were able to match the wood on the new kitchen island with the existing cabinet color. It looks great and gives us the open-concept we were wanting. Our large addition is the envy of the block! It doesn't look like an addition as many do. Everything matches perfectly. You'd never know the whole house wasn't built all at once. We LOVE the interior which includes a new master bedroom, bath, game room and den. It's beautifully done. Scott and his team are professional, leave the house orderly when they finish for the day and make sure that we have exactly what we want. One of the things I like best is that they are very good about staying in contact. That's super-important to me! Another truly important fact is that Scott doesn't waste our money. He's very good about making sure we get what we want but is always quick to suggest ways that we might be able to save a buck or two. I will never hire anyone else to do remodeling/construction work in our home. Ceto Builders is friendly, fair, timely and responsive.

All the work Scott has done, and is doing for me now, is excellent. He communicates every step of the way, has a good temperament (I've had some contractors who are grumpy) and everything turns out like I expect it to. I've had no surprises or disappointments with his work or any of this subcontractors. He doesn't promise what he can't deliver - I guess that makes him honest and transparent. He services his work too. Once Scott was at my house, don't remember why, and I mentioned that my back door was sticking. He fixed it - and this was years after he had installed it. Things like that made him the logical selection to do my latest project. We just have a good working relationship. That's important to me.

CETO Builders have done work for us over the last 10 years and have delivered a professional solution every time. CETO Builders associates with a small select set of very good subcontractors who delivery quality services. The latest job that CETO Builders completed for us was a total kitchen and bathroom renovation with a cost exceeding $100,000. Their estimates were fair and the finished contract was within budget save for a change order. Scott (the owner) is an experienced craftsman with many years of contracting experience in the Reno area. He takes customer satisfaction very seriously and will do anything to make the customer happy.

It went well! The majority of the project was completed within a week of projected completion. We really appreciated Scott's professionalism, responsiveness, quality craftsmanship and willingness to work through any challenges with a positive attitude and easy-going manner.

Both projects went great! While on the job, Scott's team was very communicative and responsive to any issues and changes in design. Scott and team provided thoughtful suggestions regarding tile choices, stain colors, etc. At this moment, we are working with Scott and his team to start a HUGE kitchen renovation.  With such a large job, I would not trust any other contractor.

CETO Builders (Owner Scott) is a great General Contractor.  I was a Project Manager for a Fortune 50 company for 35 Years and have worked with many contractors during that time. Scott is among the best I have seen.  The true character of a contractor is when changes or problems occur on a project, as they always do, and Scott was able to handle this without additional problems or change-orders to the project.  All the work was completed to our satisfaction and on-time.  If you need a contractor Scott should be your choice.  If I need additional projects Scott is my go to contractor.

Never again, wouldn't recommend. I'm a CA contractor I know construction. Quality NO, Scheduling poor at best. I gave him multipal opportunities and just got excuse after excuse. If you want to come and see call me. I'll give anyone the tour, the grand tour.

Scott was courteous and professional as were all of his employees.  First project was the indoor remodeling and I liked his work so much I asked him back the following spring to build a deck.  His woodworking is pristine.  All work was timely and within budget.  Scott is upfront and honest about all costs.  The initial quote is what I paid.  Plus, he tries to recycle old cabinets and other odds and ends from the project and donates to Habitat for Humanity.  I would definitely use him again and have recommended him to friends.

Scott was punctual, professional and very honest. I called him regarding these things I needed fixed. Scott is the only contractor I will call. I used him for the remodel of my home when I initially purchased it. Ceto builders was amazing. Scott's crew came in and did a fantastic job. I had used other contractors in the past, however after a friend recommended Ceto builders I have never looked back. Scott's work has always surpassed all my expectations. I highly recommend using Ceto Builders to everyone and anyone who expects nothing but the best.

My husband and I would recommend Ceto builders.  Scott and his crew were accurate in their bidding. Services were performed on time and of  high quality. Very easy to work with. Can't wait to do another project!!!

Scott is great at communicating what is going on with a project, and gives great feedback on construction ideas I asked him.  We will be doing the kitchen in a year or so and Scott is the only person I will call. Highly recommend him, and have given his name to many of my friends.
